Pixel-resolved DESI-HRMS imaging datasets of soluble organic matter in the Aguas Zarcas and Murchison meteorites

This dataset contains HDI-exported, pixel-resolved desorption electrospray ionization high-resolution mass spectrometry (DESI-HRMS) imaging data for the Aguas Zarcas (CM2) and Murchison (CM2.5) carbonaceous chondrites. Each tab-delimited text file contains the top 1,000 m/z features extracted directly from Waters HDI software, the physical x-y coordinates of each imaging pixel, and the corresponding ion intensities. The nominal lateral sampling interval is 10 micrometres (0.01 mm in the HDI-exported coordinate values). The deposited intensity values are unnormalized: no leucine-enkephalin normalization, blank subtraction, blank filtering, or subsequent noise filtering was applied. The accompanying README describes the table structure and reuse. These files are HDI-exported processed imaging data, not vendor-format instrument raw data.
