Tissue-specific translatome profiles in Arabidopsis thaliana grown under long-day conditions with or without supplemental far-red light

Data of Translating Ribosome Affinity Purification (TRAP)-seq conducted using Arabidopsis transgenic lines targeting specific-type of tissues. Each line expresses FLAG-tagged ribosomal protein RPL18 with tissue-specific promoter. Translatome profie in target tissues was studied with co-immunoprecipitation of FLAG-RPL18. Plants were grown on plates under long-day (LD) for first 11 days and transferred to the conditions with LD or LD plus supplemental far-red light (LD+FR) for additional 4 days.
