Overexpression of ERF019, BBX29 and CCA1 in Arabidopsis Overall design: Transcriptional profiling of transgenic Arabidopsis comparing wild type Col-0 seedlings with transgenic lines overexpressing ERF019(AT1G22810), BBX29(AT5G54470) and CCA1(AT2G46830). Goal was to determine the effects of overexpression of these TFs on global gene expression in Arabidopsis to explain salt and drought tolerant phenotypes. Two-condition experiment, WT vs. transgenic. Biological replicates: 2 wild type replicates, 2 transgenic replicates each for 3 gene overexpressors.
