The County Managed Property layer represents parcels owned by Sarasota County and managed by various county groups. Properties are displayed by a Property Status attribute value describing any potential surplus or retention designation. Completed in May 2018, Sarasota County completed a review of all county-owned lands. The goal of this review determined what properties would be retained or declared as potential surplus.
