Correlation between label predictability and date of discovery in different network types.

Spearman correlation (SCC) between the ranking of true positive annotations and the date the annotation was made in the GO rollback benchmarks for Compass (C) and GeneMANIA (G). A positive correlation indicates early labels are easy to predict because a low numerical rank (example rank = 1) indicates an easily predictable gene.
