STN/SNr raw DBS recordings

The dataset contains: 2457 DBS recordings acquired within the STN 371 recordings acquired within the SNr Recordings were acquired during 83 DBS surgeries for Parkinson's Disease. Recordings are stored in npz files that can be read using Python Numpy library. Metadata describing the recordings (patient's id, surgery_id, hemisphere, electrode name, recording depth and length) is in the feather format and can be loaded using the Python pandas library. The dataset contains examples of use in pdf and Python notebook format.本数据集包含： 2457份采集于丘脑底核（Subthalamic Nucleus, STN）的脑深部电刺激（Deep Brain Stimulation, DBS）神经记录 371份采集于黑质网状部（Substantia Nigra Pars Reticulata, SNr）的神经记录 所有记录采集自83例帕金森病患者的脑深部电刺激手术。 所有记录以npz文件格式存储，可通过Python NumPy库读取。 用于描述记录的元数据（包含患者ID、手术ID、脑区半球、电极名称、记录深度与时长）采用feather格式存储，可通过Python Pandas库加载。 本数据集附带pdf格式及Python笔记本格式的使用示例。
