资源简介:
From August 24 to September 21, 2021, a comprehensive air quality monitoring campaign was carried out in the port of Toulon, southeastern France, as part of the AER-NOSTRUM project. The objective was to characterize pollutant emissions from maritime transport, particularly in light of the IMO2020 sulfur regulations. Measurements were conducted at the Toulon TCA ferry terminal (43°7′1′′ N, 5°56′5.2′′ E), a location representative of the population exposure in urban port areas. This site is located near key ferry routes and urban traffic corridors. The campaign deployed AtmoSud’s reference monitoring stations and the Massalya mobile air lab, operated by the LCE (Laboratory of Environmental Chemistry, Marseille), and was equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation. The dataset includes results from PMF of high-temporal-resolution measurements of organic aerosol, measured using a High-Resolution Time-of-Flight Aerosol Mass Spectrometer (HR-ToF-AMS). The HR-ToF-AMS was calibrated prior to the campaign, and a collection efficiency (CE) of 0.63 was applied, with dynamic adjustment to unit CE during ship plume events. Ionization efficiencies and relative ionization efficiencies followed established protocols.
