In order to further determine the changes in gene expression levels of Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) C57BL / 6 mice after infection, we used the Agilent single-channel expression profile chip as a platform to detect the total brain tissue of mice in the uninfected (control) and experimental groups Compared with the control group, it was found that the gene expression levels of several mice in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group. We selected ten or so genes with significant changes for verification, and the results were consistent. Four week old healthy C57BL / 6 mice were selected. One group was injected with JEV virus as the experimental group. A group of injection medium was used as a control group. After the experimental group showed the corresponding symptoms, the two groups of mice were sacrificed immediately, the brain tissue was separated from the liquid nitrogen and sent to the company for detection of gene expression levels.
