nCounter platform from Nanostring Technologies (Mouse PanCancer Immune Profiling Panel) was used to assess differential gene expression between NT and Th17 cell treated B16F10 melanoma bearing mice in the tumor and tumor-draining lymph nodes. Mice bearing established B16F10 were given 5 Gy total body irradiation and then one day later got adoptive cell transfer (ACT) of Th17 cell ACT or no T cells (NT) (n=4 mice/group). 12 days after ACT, tumors and tumor-draining lymph nodes were harvested, processed, and RNA was extracted. 770 genes (730 immune genes and 40 housekeeping genes) were assayed via nCounter platform from Nanostring Technologies (Mouse PanCancer Immune Profiling Panel).
