Factors governing the transcriptome changes and chronological lifespan of fission yeast during phosphate starvation I

RNA-seq analysis compares gene expression of the fission yeast (Schizossacharomyces pombe) ecl123? mutant at various times after phosphate starvation (4, 8, 12, 24, 36 and 48h) to the ecl123? mutant fission yeast strain grown in phosphate replete conditions (0h, prior to phosphate starvation). Overall design: 6 test samples and 1 control sample were processed (each sample has 3 replicate experiments).
