资源简介:
We assessed transcriptome variation in roots and shoots of 6 accessions of rice, Oryza sativa, which represented all major varietal groups including indica, japonica and aus. During the 2017 Philippines dry season populations were planted with four replicate plots per accession in identical randomized block design layouts in two fields: a continuously wet paddy, and a field where plants were exposed to intermittent drought during the vegetative and reproductive stages. We measured transcript levels in leaf blades and crown root tips at 32 days after seedling transplant, and 14 days after withholding water in the dry field, using a liquid automation-based 3prime-mRNA-seq quantification approach.
