This repository contains the original raw experimental data that underpin all primary figures and quantitative results presented in the manuscript: “FimH of uropathogenic Escherichia coli enhances infection in prostate cells by the modulation of JAK/STAT signaling pathway”. The dataset includes unprocessed primary files corresponding directly to specific figures as follows: Figure 2 – Prostate Cell Infection ImagingFolder: FimH rawdata/fig2/0910/ Original microscopy images of prostate epithelial cells infected with UPEC strains with varied FimH expression (wild-type, deletion, and overexpression). These images support the bacterial adhesion and invasion phenotypes shown in Figure 2. Figure 3 – Quantitative Infection Assays (CFU counts)Raw colony-forming unit (CFU) count data used to quantify intracellular bacterial burden across experimental groups. These data underlie statistical comparisons presented in Figure 3. Figure 4 – Western Blot Analysis of JAK/STAT SignalingFolder: FimH WB/figure 4 raw data/20210811-FimH/ Subfolders include: 1-FimH del/ and 2-FimH overexp/. This contains uncropped TIFF images of immunoblots (e.g., STAT1, IL-6, β-actin loading control) that support the protein expression analyses presented in Figure 4. Figure 5 – Cytokine Quantification (CBA assays)Raw cytokine measurement values (including IL-6 and IFN-γ) from cytometric bead array (CBA) assays. These data support inflammatory mediator analyses shown in Figure 5. Figure 6 – Integrated Signaling OutcomesCombined quantitative datasets derived from CFU counts, cytokine assays, and western blot densitometry used for integrative analysis of how FimH modulates host signaling responses, as shown in Figure 6. Data Integrity Statement: All files in this repository represent original, unedited experimental outputs. Processed values and statistical analyses reported in the manuscript were derived directly from these raw data files.
