Public opinion on barefoot policies in restaurants and stores in the U.S. 2023

In March 2023, adults in the United States were asked whether they would be in favor of restaurants and stores allowing barefoot customers. While 76 percent of respondents stated that they would not be in favor of customers being barefoot, 13 percent of respondents said that they would not be opposed to the idea.
