Global Spread of Misinformation Laws (Dataset of Laws & Meta Analysis)

A dataset of misinformation laws passed around the globe and a meta analysis of articles evaluating the spread and impact of misinformation laws in country-or-region specific contexts. This dataset was used in the article "The Global Spread of Misinformation Laws" published in the International Journal of Communication in June 2025.
