资源简介:
Dataset in support of the thesis "An ultra-high-speed imaging study of ultrasound-mediated mechanotransduction" The data includes the following data for the three technical chapters: Chapter 3 - IBUCS test: cross scratch images: - data from 3 cross scratch samples images with and without phase contrast at 500kfps device viability data: - Three time point images of cells stained with Calcein - One data sheet with raw values from the PrestoBlue cell viability test PMMA calibration: - Raw data from PMMA calibration - 3 samples without PDMS well and 3 samples with PDMS well - Includes image data for strain analysis and IR data - Samples with PDMS well were imaged on well side and non-well side. - Each dataset has images from different sonotrode powers - 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% Chapter 4 - Quantifying mechanical responses: cell and scratch images: - high-speed images of cell deformation for three cell/scratch datasets, all imaged at 500kfps fluorescent imaging: - high-speed images of cell deformation of four sets of cells stained with fluorescent markers, all imaged at 500kfps inertial environments: - high-speed images of monolayer deformation (monolayers A-I), all imaged at 500kfps single cell vs monolayer: - high-speed images of monolayer 1-4 deformation and single cell 1-4 deformation, all imaged at 500kfps Chapter 5 - Mechanotransduction and ultrasound: alizarin red: - destain absorbance readings for alizarin red experiments. pcr: - raw data for samples for each set of genes tested at 10 day timepoint. viability tests: - absorbance readings from viability tests at 20% and 40% excitation for range of time points. - associated thermocouple raw data from stated viability tests. This work is funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council and part of the Ultrasurge Project under Grant EP/R045291/1.
