Supplementary Files for comparative analysis of the expression modulation upon drought stress across cotton species

We compared the expression change in response to drought stress conditions across three cotton diploids. Based on the phylogeny, we revealed the features of expression variation and determined a collection of gene components that might play crucial and conserved roles in drought response in cotton species.
The provided files include a list of orthologous groups across cotton species and a summary of differentially expressed genes in the species studied.
