Single-cell RNA sequencing of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from Kimura disease patient treated with dupilumab

We performed single-cell RNA sequencing of PBMCs from Kimura disease patient succesfully treated with dupilumab to explore the mechanism of action of dupilumab treatment. We collected PBMCs seven days before the first administration of dupilumab and 14 months after the initiation of dupilumab, respectively.
