资源简介:
Summary
This
metadata record provides details of the data supporting the claims of the
related manuscript: “Characterization of evolution
trajectory and immune profiling of brain metastasis in lung adenocarcinoma”.
The
related study aimed to characterise the evolutionary trajectory and immune
profiling of brain metastasis (BM), towards providing insights into the
development of novel therapeutic strategies.
Type of data:
whole exome sequencing, multiplex immunofluorescence
Subject of
data: samples from lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) patients with BM and their paired
primary tumours
Sample size:
40 samples from 12 LUAD patients
Recruitment:
Patients with histologically or pathologically diagnosed lung cancer and
radiologically (CT and/or MRI) or pathologically confirmed brain metastasis
were recruited. Primary lung cancers, matched brain metastasis and peripheral
blood were collected.

Data
access
The whole
exome sequencing data are openly available in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive via the following accession: https://identifiers.org/ncbi/insdc.sra:SRP170084.
These data underlie Figures 2, 3 and 4 in the related article. Additionally,
the Supplementary Material file is available as part of this metadata record
as well as with the article itself. This Supplementary Material file contains
data associated with Figures 2, 3, 5 and 6 in the related article.
