AN INNOVATIVE MODEL FOR DEVELOPING LISTENING COMPREHENSION COMPETENCE THROUGH AUTHENTIC MATERIALS IN A DIGITAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

Abstract. This thesis explores an innovative model for developing listening comprehension competence through authentic materials in a digital learning environment. It highlights the role of authentic audio and video resources in enhancing learners' listening skills, communicative competence, and intercultural awareness. The study concludes that integrating authentic materials with digital technologies and learner-centered instruction provides an effective approach to improving listening comprehension in higher education.
