Transcriptome Sequencing of H. volcanii with CRISPRi knockout of endA and wt.

CRISPRi of endA in the archaeon Haloferx volcanii to analyse function of endA focussing on differential gene expression as result of knock down and identification of endA targets. RNA of 3 knockdowns and 3 wt data sets were sequenced twice, once with standard RNA sequencing, once after digestion using Ribonuclease R to enrich circular RNA molecules.
