About 0.91 billion Chinese mobile shoppers used Mobile Taobao during the Mid-year Shopping Festival in 2023, followed by Pinduoduo with around 0.66 billion daily active users. Mid-year Shopping Festival, or the "618" (June 18) Festival, is one of the most important Shopping Festivals in China. It takes place from the end of May to June 20 each year.
