ChIP-seq analysis of the Arabidopsis zinc-finger protein SERRATE (SE)

Analysis of SE ChIP-seq data revealed that SE is associated with the chromatin. In total, we identified 291 SE binding sites present in two biological replicates. SE binding sites are enriched for exonic regions and further molecular and biochemical studies suggest that SE affects transcription of its target genes. We propose in model in which SE is recruited to a subset of genes to regulate their expression pattern.
