A 15 meter transect was placed along the grassland at Danby woods. One person from the group was designated to walk along the transect for a period of 2 mins, sweeping the groud as they walked along. Another person was designated to keep time, and the other 2 were in charge of counting the total number of RTUs and number of individuals for each unique RTU.
