According to an April 2021 survey, under half of surveyed gaming services users in the United States were very satisfied with PlayStation Network and Xbox, despite the console gaming services being the most prominent examples of such offerings. In contrast, 69 percent of Amazon Luna users stated that they were very satisfied with the cloud gaming service, which was launched in October 2020.
