R Script and datasets associated with "Small habitats contribute strongly to European pollinator diversity"

The associated, commented R script ('script_diversity_manuscript.rmd') contains:- all the statistical analyses presented in the main text and the supplementary material files- the code for all the visualizations used in the figures presented in the main text and for most of the figures presented in the the supplementary material files. '20260520_model_table.csv':- This dataset contains counts and diversity measures of pollinators as well as local and landscape-scale predictors. For methods, please see the methods section in the main text. '20260312_pollinators_join.csv'- This dataset contains counts the original field observation of pollinators needed to calculate diversity metrics and accumulation curves. For methods, please see the methods section in the main text.
