Processed ship-based Multibeam Sonar Data acquired along the Pacific-Antarctic Ridge Spreading Center during the Maurice Ewing expedition EW9201 (1992)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based Atlas Hydrosweep DS Multibeam Sonar system during Maurice Ewing expedition EW9201 conducted in 1992 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Steve Cande). These data files are of MBSystem format and include Swath Bathymetry data and were processed at sea using the open source MB-System multibeam sonar processing software. These data are included in the GMRT Synthesis, version 1. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): A High Resolution Plate Kinematic Flowline of the Pacific-Antarctic Ridge, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE91-03573.
