Fungal community profiling of airborne bioaerosols using ITS2 metabarcoding

This project investigates airborne fungal communities collected using glue-based sticky samplers and characterized by ITS2 metabarcoding. The study aims to monitor fungal bioaerosols using a culture-independent approach.
