资源简介:
Acute lung injury (ALI) is a common severe respiratory syndrome, with nearly 3 million new ARDS patients worldwide every year. There is no clear effective treatment for ALI.The zinc ion transporters that mediate the change of zinc ion content in target cells during pathophysiology are very different and exert very different biological effects. We identified key zinc ion transporters in ALI and found that SLC39A1 may play an important role in transporting zinc ions during ALI and mediate zinc uptake in AT2 cells. Overall design: To explore the role of zinc ion transporter SLC39A1 in ALI, We constructed tamoxifen-induced AT2-specific SLC39A1 knockout mice (Slc9a1 icKO) and stimulate the day with lipopolysaccharide to complete the molding. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seg of 4 sets of lung tissues treated and without treatment of control and knockout mice. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Control+vehicle, Control+LPS, icKO+vehicle, icKO+LPS
