Processed genome-resolved ARG–VF functional integration dataset for urban microbiomes

This dataset contains processed genome-resolved antimicrobial resistance (ARG) and virulence factor (VF) functional integration tables derived from urban microbiome metagenomes sampled across multiple built environments. The dataset includes harmonized mechanism-level abundance matrices, centered log-ratio (CLR) transformed and batch-corrected matrices, entropy-based functional integration metrics (including ARG entropy, VF entropy, Functional Coupling Ratio, and Integration Index), and associated environmental metadata. These data provide analysis-ready tables supporting ecological investigations of functional coupling, dominance dynamics, and resilience patterns in complex microbial communities.
