The original dataset and analysis data of a comprehensive evaluation model for MODUs

This dataset provides the numerical and processed data supporting the findings of the study entitled "A Comprehensive Evaluation Model for Mobile Offshore Drilling Units Based on Lagrange-Optimized Combination Weights".This dataset compiles fundamental data for a selection of mobile offshore platforms operating in the South China Sea. It also encompasses the analytical results for the comprehensive evaluation and optimal selection of these platforms, derived from the raw data. Specifically, the dataset includes:(1) Fundamental specifications, operational performance metrics, equipment failure rates, and economic parameters of the selected mobile platforms in the South China Sea. (2) Calculation results for indicator weights derived using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the Improved CRITIC method, and the comprehensive weights optimized via the Lagrange multiplier method. (3) Platform evaluation and ranking outcomes under various operating scenarios, specifically defined by different water depths and drilling depths.Note: All platform identities within the dataset have been anonymized to comply with data privacy regulations.
