SPOT-OD archive-extracted reproduction package

Public archive-extracted reproduction package for the SPOT-OD supplementary review archive. The package contains the review archive ZIP, paired supplementary manifest, verifier script, GitHub Actions workflow, and attestation metadata for a narrow archive-extracted reproduction tier. It verifies archive extraction, manifest-indexed artifact hashes, active manuscript artifact regeneration from archived results, and one archived-input public OD slice rerun. It does not claim full raw/training/all-filter reruns, live public-data retrieval, operational POD validation, or third-party independent validation. Zenodo will assign a DOI after the GitHub release is archived.
