Each research chapter has its own directory and contains: * code folder: includes R and other scripts necessary to perform most of the analysis * data folder: includes raw and QC cleaned data * supplementary folder: includes high quality figures and\or tables that were not included in the thesis (particularly Chapter2) Should further clarification be needed, please, do not hesitate to contact me on the above email.
