We have developed murine models representing both steroid-sensitive and steroid-resistant asthma. Through comprehensive analysis of gene expression in lung tissue and immune cell populations, this project aims to clarify the molecular and cellular mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of steroid-resistant asthma.
