Transcritopmic analysis of the effects of Wolbachia on Spodoptera picta

Wolbachia endosymbionts play a pivotal role in manipulation of host reproduction. Thus, elucidating the molecular mechanism underlying these processes is essential for understanding the interaction of Wolbachia with its host. In our study, we focused on a newly identified Wolbachia strain, wSpic, isolated in Spodoptera picta, and comprehensively analyzed its impact on host reproduction.
