Adherence of Indonesian Urologist to BPH Guideline

Data of Indonesian Urologist adherence toward BPH guideline. The data was collected from questionnaire which divided into two sections which are questions regarding respondents’ demographic characteristics and BPH management. BPH management question consists of eight questions as follow: subject’s guidance for BPH management; diagnostic tools used; type of therapy given; selection of medical therapy given for the first time; indication of BPH surgery; whether the respondents performing open surgery and their reasons; first time evaluation after therapy given; and examination performed when evaluation. All of the questions were made using multiple choice question and respondents could choose more than one answer except for first time evaluation after therapy given question. Respondents may also provide their own answer apart from the given option in following question: diagnostic tools used; type of therapy given; reasons to do open surgery; first time evaluation after therapy given; and examination performed when evaluation. All of the choices given in the questionnaire were based on IUA BPH guideline’s key recommendations.本数据集为印尼泌尿科医师对良性前列腺增生（Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia，BPH）诊疗指南的依从性相关数据。该数据通过问卷调查采集，问卷分为两个模块：其一为受访者人口统计学特征相关问题，其二为BPH诊疗相关问题。其中BPH诊疗相关问题共包含8项，具体为：医师针对BPH的诊疗指导方案、所用诊断工具、实施的治疗类型、首次诊疗的药物治疗选择、BPH手术适应证、医师是否开展开放手术及其原因、治疗后首次随访评估、随访评估时实施的检查项目。所有问题均采用多选题形式，除「治疗后首次随访评估」题目外，受访者可勾选多个答案。此外，在「所用诊断工具」「实施的治疗类型」「开展开放手术的原因」「治疗后首次随访评估」以及「随访评估时实施的检查项目」这几个问题中，受访者可自行补充给定选项以外的作答内容。本次问卷的所有选项均基于印尼泌尿科医师协会（Indonesian Urological Association，IUA）发布的BPH诊疗指南核心推荐制定。
