资源简介：
Global high-resolution (0.05°) Standardised Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index (SPEI) dataset from 1981 to 2022. Computed from CHIRPS/MSWEP precipitation and GLEAM/hPET potential evapotranspiration at multiple timescales. Provides a globally consistent drought index at much finer resolution than the original SPEIbase (0.5°). Useful for cross-country comparisons and India-specific drought analysis. Available via Figshare/ESSD data repository.
