Based on the historical transaction data of material trading from Shanghai Construction Group, this dataset provides calculation services for the material budget of BIM model-based projects. Users shall provide BIM quantity takeoff as required, and the platform will calculate and output the budget reference amount of materials via its historical transaction data, which can be used to estimate the material budget of construction projects.
