CASP13 MQA is a dataset containing predictive models and their corresponding scores for CASP13 targets. CASP evaluates multiple aspects of protein structure modeling, including the accuracy of protein topology, atomic coordinates, and multiprotein assemblies. This assessment also investigates the extent to which models can address biologically relevant questions, as well as how different types of sparse or low-resolution experimental data can enhance the accuracy of these models.
