Population characteristics, symptoms, and risk factors of idiopathic perniosis - Online repository data

This is a dataset containing the data extraction of the population characteristics, symptoms, and causes of idiopathic perniosis, in otherwise healthy adults who are exposed to cool/cold environments.We carefully collected data from randomized trials, intervention studies, cohort studies, case-control studies, epidemiologic assessments, other observational studies, surveys, and studies of screening and diagnostic tests that included at least one group of adult patients with an idiopathic perniosis final diagnosis. We considered articles written in English and published in peer-reviewed journals. We excluded patients with any kind of underlying diseases and patients under 17 years old with perniosis-like symptoms.
