This raw data contains five datasets with various propofol dosage or sleep stages.
All dataset consists of two MAT files with or without GSR processing.
Note that Dataset-4 consists of two folders.
Dataset-1 (Mean ESC = 2.4 ug/mL)
- Array of 19 subjects x 8370 TRs x 450 ROIs
Dataset-2 (Mean ESC = 2.7 ug/mL)
- Array of 26 subjects x 5576 TRs x 450 ROIs
Dataset-3 (Mean ESC = 1.0 and 1.9 ug/mL)
- Cell of 14 subjects x 4 states
- Column 1: Baseline
- Column 2: Light sedation (ESC = 1.0 ug/mL)
- Column 3: Deep sedation (ESC = 2.0 ug/mL)
- Column 4: Recovery
- Each cell entry consists of 448 TRs x 450 ROIs
Dataset-4 (Light and surgical) (Mean ESC = 1.3 and 4.0 ug/mL)
- Cell of 17 subjects x 3 states
- Column 1: Baseline
- Column 2: Light sedation (ESC = 1.3 ug/mL)
- Column 3: Surgical anesthesia (ESC = 4.0 ug/mL)
- Each cell entry consists of 240 TRs x 450 ROIs
Dataset-4 (Surgical) (Mean ESC = 4.0 ug/mL)
- Cell of 6 subjects x 2 states
- Column 1: Baseline
- Column 2: Surgical anesthesia (ESC = 4.0 ug/mL)
- Each cell entry consists of 240 TRs x 450 ROIs
Dataset-5 (Sleep)
- Cell of 33 subjects x 4 states
- Column 1: N1 sleep
- Column 2: N2 sleep
