Data and analysis code for "From conflict diagnosis to response sufficiency in protected-area conservation–recreation planning: A systematic review and critical synthesis"
收藏资源简介:
Supporting data and reproducible analysis materials for the manuscript “From conflict diagnosis to response sufficiency in protected-area conservation–recreation planning: A systematic review and critical synthesis.” This release documents the final evidence architecture used for the Journal for Nature Conservation submission. The primary focused corpus contains 322 protected-area conservation–recreation studies, of which 109 made an explicit management response visible at the title–abstract level. The repository provides the final analytical master, a complete bibliography of the 322 included studies, identifier crosswalks, the frozen response ontology, evidence-stage and response-function coding, reliability summaries, reproducible analysis scripts, and locked quality-control outputs. A separate 112-record relaxed-frame sensitivity sample is provided as an unweighted exploratory sensitivity analysis. The relaxed analysis is not a census, is not design-weighted, and is not treated as confirmatory cross-frame validation because the original stratum population counts and sampling fractions could not be reconstructed. Eighteen of the 112 eligible relaxed-frame records were response-positive. Independent blinded human double-coding yielded κ = 0.934 for response presence, quadratic weighted κ = 0.874 for evidence stage, κ = 0.331 for Conflict Focus, κ = 0.590 for governance context, and mean Jaccard = 0.905 for response-function sets. The critical interpretive synthesis preselected 38 anchor studies, of which 37 author-verified full texts contributed to the final synthesis of sustaining mechanisms, mechanism–response coverage, governance capacity, outcome evidence, and propositions P1–P6. Within this purposively selected anchor set, 0/37 studies met the pre-specified dual-domain criterion requiring improvement in both ecological/conservation and recreation/social outcomes; this criterion is treated as an exploratory endpoint rather than as evidence that synergy is absent from protected areas. Licensed Web of Science and Scopus source records, full abstracts, and article full texts are not redistributed. Public files contain only derived analytical data, bibliographic identifiers, short coded evidence excerpts where required for auditability, and reproducible analysis materials.
