COAF, Jisc and RCUK APC data 2013-2015

This is the data set used for the report "Article processing charges (APCs) and subscriptions: Monitoring open access costs."<br>The data joins all existing COAF, Jisc, and RCUK APC data. The data processing steps were: <br>- De-deduplicating along DOI and title- Filling in missing data fields using CrossRef and EPMC- Using DOAJ to check if ISSN is Full OA or hybrid- Converting currency where needed based on ForEx yearly averages- Standardizing spellings, date formatting, etc.<br>One institution asked that their article-level data not be made publicly available, and therefore was excluded from this data set.
