REDD1 KO affects basal global gene expression profile and transcriptomic response to wounding and glucocorticoid treatment in HaCaT human keratinocytes Overall design: REDD1 KO HaCaT human keratinocytes were obtained with Crispr/Cas9 technology. The KO and WT (Cas9 only) HaCaT human cells were grown to 90% confluency and treated with either vehicle (WT or KO), 1uM glucocorticoid floocinolone acetonide (FA) (WT_FA or KO_FA), or wounded by scratching (WT_Wound or KO_Wound), or wounded and treated with FA (WT_Wound_FA or KO_Wound_FA), with all conditions incubated for 24 h before harvesting.
