Endothelial, inflammatory, cellular, interferon gamma and calcineurin inhibitor related genes were analyzed in 10 therapy responders and 6 non responders in chronic active antibody mediated rejection (caABMR) in kidney transplantation. Overall design: Sixteen kidney transplant biopsies taken between 2008 and 2016 with only pure, unquestonable caABMR and no other pathologic features were analyzed in respect to 44 target genes and 4 house-keeping genes.
