We investigated the global OCT1 genomic signals using high-throughput chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) in a patient-derived model (PDX) of androgen receptor (AR)-negative or positive castration resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). Overall design: OCT1 and Acetyl-Histone H3 (Lys27) (AcH3K27) ChIP-seq with AR negative CRPC organoid or AR positive CRPC cells derived from PDX established from metastatic CRPC tissues were performed. We also used polyamide targeting OCT1 (OCT1-PI) (Oncogene. 2016 Dec 8;35(49):6350-6358.) to inhibit OCT1 genomic binding in CRPC cells.
