资源简介:
Course Description This course examines how modern human systems respond to edge cases with high informational signal. Students will learn why clarity, coherence, and evidence often provoke containment rather than correction, and how procedural harm emerges as a rational system behavior under conditions of scarcity, risk-aversion, and legitimacy preservation. The course integrates systems theory, public administration, organizational sociology, political economy, and case-based analysis to equip learners with diagnostic, analytic, and survival-level skills for navigating hostile or misaligned institutions. This is not a reformist course. It is a diagnostic and navigation course.
