Analysis of gut microbes from piglets with scours

Piglet scours is a concerning and costly health issue in Australian piggeries. An increasing number of neonatal pigs are affected, leading to decreased productivity on farms. Of more than 250 pig farms in Victoria, several scours-affected farms are unable to identify the causative agent.
