Effect of orchard treatments against Neofabraea on the apple microbiome

Effect of orchard treatments against Neofabraea (syn. Pezicula, Phlyctema) on the apple microbiome ('Ligol' variety') was tested. (Bio)fungicide treatments such as newly developed biopreparation APPAT(f)REE (including Bacillus velezensis and Trichoderma koningiopsis) were compared to commercially available pro-ecological products, containing Aureobasidium pullulans, Bacillus subtilis, or Pythium oligandrum, but also synthetic fungicides based on boscalid and pyraclostrobin, and the control (water) was applied on the apple tree 'Ligol' variety.
