Here “region” refers to the location of the DMR relative to its closest gene, “value” is the average linear regression coefficients across CpG sites of a DMR, “area” is the absolute value of sum of linear regression coefficients for CpG sites of a DMR, “fwerArea” is the proportion of bootstraps with at least one candidate DMR area greater than observed DMR area, and “p.valueArea” is proportion of bootstraps with maximum bump area exceeding the observed area.
