Percent species cover from 14 flux canopy and 19 point frame 1m x 1m plots sampled near the shrub LTER sites at Toolik Field Station, Alaska, summer 2012.

Total and individual subsample species percent cover data for all plots where flux or point frame measurements were made in 2012 IVO the LTER Shrub vegetation plots at Toolik Field Station. All plots sampled were dominated either by B. nana or S. pulchra canopies. Cover estimates were made for the five most dominate functional groups using a 1m x 1m grid with 20cm2 blocks with each square representing four percent of the total area. Percentages represent absolute cover so do not sum to 100%.本数据集包含2012年在图利克野外站（Toolik Field Station）长期生态研究（Long-Term Ecological Research, LTER）灌丛植被样地中，针对开展通量测量（flux）或点框法测量（point frame measurements）的全部样地所采集的总物种盖度及各子样物种盖度数据。所有采样样地的冠层均以矮桦（Betula nana, B. nana）或美丽柳（Salix pulchra, S. pulchra）为优势物种。盖度估算针对五大优势功能群（functional groups）开展，采用1m×1m的网格样方，该网格由20 cm²的样块构成，每个小方格对应总样方面积的4%。此处百分比代表绝对盖度（absolute cover），因此各组分盖度之和无需达到100%。
